Joining the MeridiNote early-access list

This notice covers this website and the early-access list. It explains what happens to your email address when you join.

Last updated: 28 September 2026

Who we are

MeridiNote is made by MERIDISCRIBE LTD, Edinburgh. We decide how your email address is used, which makes us the controller under UK GDPR. Contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

We don't ask for your name, your practice or anything about your patients.

What we use it for

To email you when your early-access place opens, and to send you occasional updates about early access and the launch. We won't use it for anything else, and we won't sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.

We rely on your consent, which you give by joining. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who else handles it

Sign-ups are collected and stored for us by Formspree, under its data processing agreement. Formspree is based in the United States, so your email address is stored there.

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives your IP address when you visit, to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove you, or 12 months after early access opens to everyone, whichever comes first.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Its typefaces load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address to deliver them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To leave the list, reply to any email from us or write to [email protected]. We'll remove you within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

This notice covers the website and the early-access list only. When the MeridiNote app opens, a full privacy policy will explain how it handles practitioner accounts and patient records.
